Returns

We offer all customers a 14 days right-to-return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s) then please contact us via email with your original receipt and order details and let us know what you wish to do. You can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your order and ask for a refund or an exchange.

Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange returned items that have clearly been worn, washed, soiled or intentionally damaged. If in our opinion any of these situations apply to a returned item we reserve the right to refusal of refund.

Return shipping costs for items of the wrong size, style or colour will need to be paid by the customer. Eyesore Merch will cover the return shipping costs for items with clear manufacturing faults or items that have been sent in error.

We will only issue a refund when all items(s) are received back to the returns address below:

Cancellation:
If you place an order but then decide that you no longer want the item(s) then you have the right to cancel your order and request a full refund, no questions asked.
If the goods have already shipped before the order is cancelled then you will be required to pay the return shipping cost of the items before we can issue the refund as per our 14 day right-to-return policy. We will not issue a refund until we receive all goods back to the return address above.
