Starting out as a noise rock band, White Zombie found mainstream success with a more heavy metal approach, particularly the albums 'La Sexorcisto: Devil Music Vol.1' and 'Astro Creep: 2000' both of which spawned several radio hits. Band leader Rob Zombie embarked on a successful directing career after the band split in 1998.
