Therapy? are an alternative metal band from Northern Ireland. The band was formed in 1989 by guitarist-vocalist Andy Cairns and drummer-vocalist Fyfe Ewing. To complete the lineup, the band recruited bassist Michael McKeegan.

'Nurse' was the first major label album released by the band, released in November 1992. The album was mainly recorded at Loco Studio in Caerleon, Wales, apart from "Gone" which was recorded in Annamoe, Ireland.

The album marked a departure from the noise Punk style of the two mini-albums, being a more industrial-sounding record. However, instead of going to the studio with a label-approved producer, the band recorded with their trusted sound man to provide a grunge touch.

The album was rated favourably by critics and reached number 38 in the UK Albums Chart.

Many Therapy? fans would argue that this is their best overall record.

This reissue of 'Nurse' contains an insert, and is pressed on 180g black vinyl.
