Returns
We offer all customers a 14 days right-to-return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s) then please contact us via email with your original order number and order details, and let us know what you wish to do (refund, exchange, replacement). You can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your order and ask for a refund or an exchange. Please contact us before packaging or sending the return - we will provide instructions and information.
Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange returned items that have clearly been worn, washed, soiled or intentionally damaged. If in our opinion any of these situations apply to a returned item then we reserve the right to refusal of refund.
Return shipping costs for items of the wrong size, style or colour will need to be paid by the customer. The same applies for items that are simply no longer desired for whatever reason upon receipt of goods. Eyesore Merch will cover the return shipping costs for items with clear manufacturing faults or items that have been sent in error.
We will only issue a refund or make an exchange upon receiving the returned item(s) in full resale condition.

Christmas 2024 - Extended Return Period
We recognise that around November and December, many purchases will be intended as gifts. We are therefore temporarily amending our standard return policy and offering an extended return period.
All orders placed between December 1st - 23rd 2024 are eligible for a 30 day return period. You can return any item to us within 30 days of receiving your order and ask for a refund or an exchange.
Cancellations
If you place an order but then decide that you no longer want the item(s) then you have the right to cancel your order and request a full refund, no questions asked.
If the goods have already shipped before the order is cancelled, then you will be required to pay the return shipping cost of the items before we can issue the refund as per our 14 days right-to-return policy. We will not issue a refund until we receive all goods back to the above return address, in full resale condition.
