Shipping & Delivery

Before your order ships

Eyesore Merch is based in and ship from the United Kingdom.

Our aim is to despatch all orders within two business days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) of receiving a cleared payment.

For some products, there may be a longer lead time. Where applicable, this information will be published on the product page. Please consider this if the item is needed urgently. To split an order, our Pre-order Policy applies.

The shipping fee is calculated based on the total order weight: the larger and heavier the order, the higher the fee.

Please ensure that the full, correct shipping information is entered at checkout. We also strongly recommend that a phone number is entered at checkout.

When your order ships

Once your order despatches, you will receive an email titled: "Your Eyesore Merch Order Has Been Updated ([order number])". Your tracking number and a tracking link will be displayed at the bottom of this email. 

Tracking will activate on the Royal Mail site as soon as the package is scanned in the postal network. Please allow up to 24 hours since the shipment confirmation email for tracking to become active.

Our post is collected from Monday to Friday every week, excluding UK public holidays. A full list of the UK's public holidays can be found easily online. You may receive an email indicating that your order has shipped over a weekend, or on a public holiday. If so, please note that it will not physically leave our premises until the next working day.

UK orders

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Delivery on this service normally takes 2/3 working days, up to a maximum of 10 working days since despatch. Please note that on this service, Saturday counts as a working day, but not Sunday.

You will receive regular email updates from Royal Mail as part of the service, including an estimated delivery window on the delivery day. Where a phone number has been entered, you will also receive updates via text message (SMS).

Important: if you require the order urgently, please contact us before placing an order. We will advise further, provide a quote, and instructions on how to make an additional payment.

Heavier orders may be upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24. This increased cost will be automatically applied and reflected in the shipping fee.

International orders

Our international shipping partner is Royal Mail, the national mail carrier of the UK.

We ship all international orders via Royal Mail Tracked International, a fully trackable service.

When the order despatches, your tracking number and a tracking link will be displayed at the bottom of the shipping notification email.

Tracking will activate on the Royal Mail site as soon as the package is scanned in the postal network. Please allow up to 24 hours since the shipment confirmation email for tracking to become active.

Delivery will be handled by your national mail carrier (the company that delivers your normal mail). For example, in Canada, it will be delivered by Canada Post.

Tracking will activate on your country’s mail carrier’s website upon its arrival in your country. The Royal Mail site normally offers a ‘continue tracking’ function, which links to their website.

International delivery expectations

In our experience, international shipments generally take 5-14 days to arrive.

This can vary by proximity to the UK. For example, shipments to Germany are likely to arrive much sooner than a shipment to Australia.

For the Republic of Ireland, this service generally takes 3-10 days since shipment.

For destinations further from the UK, including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South America etc, we estimate that this service generally takes 7-21 days since shipment.

In all cases, please allow up to 40 days since despatch for it to arrive. To be clear: this is the very upper limit of expectations.

We also advise that you enter any information that may be relevant for your local delivery services on the shipping address. For example, if they would normally phone you to advise that the package is ready to collect, please ensure a phone number is entered in the address information.

After shipment - order not received / return

If you have not received your order within the advised delivery period, please contact us via email:

Please include your order number in the subject. This is so that we can identify your order and answer with your enquiry as quickly as possible.

On receiving your order, if you are not entirely happy with the product, please refer to our returns policy.

Customs charges

Eyesore Merch is based in and ship from the United Kingdom.

We understand that for international customers, particularly in Europe since the UK's exit from the European Union, sometimes a fee to receive the package may be charged by the local customs authority. Whether this occurs is beyond our control, and the payment of any such fee that may be charged (import tax, duty, an entry fee, or any similar customs fees) is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Please be aware that we cannot declare the value of an order to be lower for the purpose of reducing the likelihood of your package attracting a customs fee. In order to comply with customs laws both in the UK and internationally, we are obliged to declare the true sales value of the goods.

USA customers - tariffs

Since August 2025, orders shipping to the USA have been subject to tariffs. Our shipments are fully compliant with all import requirements: any fees are paid before the package enters the USA, and the recipient should not be asked for additional fees at the doorstep to receive the package, meaning that your delivery experience should normally be no different.
