Payment
Payment for a pre-order is made when the pre-order is placed. This is to ensure that there are no issues with completing the order or payment when the time comes to ship.
Shipping
We aim to ship pre-orders in advance of the release date shown on the product page. Our shipping aims are:
International pre-orders - ship seven working days before release date
UK pre-orders - ship 2-3 days before the release date
You will receive a shipping notification via email on the day the order is despatched.
Please be aware that while we make every effort to ensure it is with you for the release date, on occasion postal delays do occur. The shipping dates above have been selected so that there is generally enough time to ensure it arrives with you for release date.

Pre-orders with more than one release date, or including in-stock items
When multiple items with different release dates are pre-ordered on one order, we hold the full order until the latest release date. For example, if one item has a release date in March and another in April, we will reserve the rest of the items ordered until the April release date, and then ship the order in full. All other items on the order are reserved for you and kept aside.
This also applies to in-stock items that are not on pre-order. For example, if you order an in-stock t-shirt to go with a pre-order vinyl LP, we will hold the t-shirt, and then ship them together when the pre-order ships.
If you would like the other items to be delivered sooner, please place a separate order. Alternatively, if the order has already been placed, we can ship the remainder of the order ahead and ship the in-stock items in advance. However, this will incur an additional shipping charge, which will be the same as the shipping fee paid at checkout.
Delayed despatch
Occasionally, your order may not ship for the expected release date. Some common reasons include delays in production; in shipment from the supplier, distributor or pressing plant; or it may have been held in customs. To be clear, this is unusual, not normal - however, you can rest assured that any delayed stock will be shipped as a priority once it arrives.
