The "Original Album Classics" CD series launched by Sony Music in the fall of 2008 has developed into a highly interesting offer for collectors and music enthusiasts. In addition to classics from the label's repertoire, the series is also a treasure trove of albums and rarities that have not been released for a long time.
All albums are offered in so-called "cardboard sleeves" as mini vinyl replicas with the original covers. The series presents itself in a uniform look with a large artist/band photo and small cover illustrations on the front of the box.
