What started as a long-held vision shared by four Friends has quickly grown into one of Finland's most exciting modern metal acts.
Bringing together musicians renowned for their work with Nightwish, Children Of Bodom, Wintersun and Finntroll, Crownshift has established an unmistakable identity of its own—one built on fearless songwriting, world-class musicianship and a sound that blurs the lines between melodic death metal, modern metal and progressive influences.
'The Shadows We Buried' includes stellar tracks such as ‘In The Dead Of Night’, ‘All Hail The One’, the epic ‘Gone Before Tomorrow’ or ‘Until The Silence Falls’. After performing at major European festivals, touring Europe with Dirkschneider (UDO), and conquering the high seas during the legendary 70,000 Tons of Metal cruise, Crownshift now kick off a new exciting chapter, read to take on the world with their second opus showing a band fully realizing its original vision.
