Exhumed return from the depths in 2022 with their macabre new album To the Dead'.
Exhumed are the pioneers of blood-soaked gore metal. To The Dead is the culmination of decades of nightmarish riffs, crushing blastbeats and hellish screams from the depths from which the band crawled! "To The Dead' is a destination," says Exhumed mastermind Matt Harvey.
"A rotting world populated by the grotesquely twisted truths of our waking world and the rotting fallout of our deranged ambitions. But it is also a title that is a celebration of and an invitation into the blood-soaked world of Exhumed." The celebration of Exhumed's history is omnipresent on this album.
"We expanded the writing team for the album to include former members Mike Beams, Leon del Muerte, Matt Widener and Bud Burke to celebrate the band's history - decades at this point - and I think the resulting album is an excellent testament to the surprising longevity of gore fucking metal!" says Harvey.
