The band, now consisting of just Phil Collins, Mike Rutherford and Tony Banks, was about to embark on a new phase in Genesis' development - and it was to be one in which they would reach hitherto unimaginable heights of commercial success. Their forays into a mass audience with broad crossover appeal began here, not least with the Mike Rutherford-penned "Follow You Follow Me" from "And Then There Were Three", a huge chart hit and a staple of radio airplay to this day.
