Grave Digger from Gladbeck formed in 1980 and released their album debut "Heavy Metal Breakdown" four years later on Noise Records. Grave Digger, with their melodic power metal, can be thought of as a heavier version of Accept at this stage.
One year later the album "Witch Hunter" followed, a joint tour with Celtic Frost and Helloween brought the band closer to an even bigger audience. After the third work "War Games" and some reshuffles, the band renamed itself Digger and recorded their last album "Stronger Than Ever" for Noise.
Musically they moved away from the three predecessors with this work and focus on mainstream metal. "Let Your Heads Roll" documents this development of Grave Digger impressively and summarizes the most exciting pieces.
