'Gross Misconduct' is the second album by American crossover thrash band, M.O.D. It was released in 1989 on Megaforce Records and Noise International and follows 1988's EP 'Surfin' M.O.D.'.
'Gross Misconduct' continues M.O.D.’s aggressive and humourous approach to music. It features fast and heavy guitar riffs, straightforward drumming, and lyrics that often touch on social and political satire.
