Add An Extra Option

Motörhead's 'On Parole' released as a completely remastered version, supplemented by six bonus tracks, including a previously unreleased version of "Iron Horse / Born to Lose" and an unheard demo version of "Fools" .

Founding member Lucas Fox, drummer of the original lineup, has also written new liner notes for this release, which also features rarely shown photographs and archival material. The release is rounded off with a rare version of the cover artwork, previously only available in Canada, and is the only Motörhead album to bring together all the founding members (Lemmy as singer and bassist, Larry Wallis as guitarist and singer, Lucas Fox on drums).

'On Parole' features the very first recordings Motörhead ever made. Although completed in 1976, their label postponed the release until 1979, but the album still marks the start for one of the most important bands in rock history. Not only did Motörhead's uncompromising sound represent a paradigm shift, but also the fact that Lemmy made his final appearance here as the band's frontman, becoming one of rock's most legendary, influential and acclaimed figures almost by accident. 'On Parole' was released in 1979 as the fourth release of the band.
