Over the course of a career spanning nearly 40 years, and with music that continues to inspire new generations of bands, Rush are not only one of the most successful bands of all time, but also one of the most beloved. This past April, they finally got their well-deserved place alongside the other heavyweights of rock music. In Los Angeles, they have now been inducted into the Rock'n'Roll Hall Of Fame!

Reason enough to celebrate, and this with a completely remixed version of their 2002 album Vapor Trails. Back in 2009, the two tracks One Little Victory and Earthshine appeared on the compilation Retrospective III in remixed versions. Fans all over the world were thrilled and hoped that one day the entire album would be available in the new sound

The remixed version of Vapor Trails will also be included in the sensational box set entitled The Studio Albums 1989-2007, which contains all the albums Rush has recorded to date for Atlantic. The box includes the gold and platinum albums Presto (1989), Roll The Bones (1991), Counterparts (1993) and Test For Echo, as well as the cover version EP Feedback (2004) and the Billboard Top 5 album Snakes & Arrows (2007). The Studio Albums 1989-2007 presents each album in a sleeve that reproduces the original artwork, except for Vapor Trails , which comes with a modified cover to the remix

With more than 40 million albums sold worldwide and countless sold-out tours, Rush - Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson and Neil Part - are not only among the most most innovative and captivating, but also among the most popular rock bands of the Today. The RIAA® recognized them as the band with the most consecutive gold or platinum studio albums after The Beatles and The Rolling Stones. Their extensive catalog includes classics such as the 1974 debut Rush, the 1976 album 2112, 1981's Moving Pictures, 1996's Text For Echo and 2002's Vapor Trails. Their 20th studio album Clockwork Angels was released in 2012 via Anthem / Roadrunner Records and is the first studio album after Snakes & Arrows (2007). It entered at #1 in Canada and #2 on the US Billboard 200, making it the highest charting album of their entire career. In addition to pure commercial success, Rush has also been the recipient of a slew of Juno Awards and several Grammy ® nominations, including one this year for the highly acclaimed documentary Rush: Beyond The Lighted Stage . For the first time in 30 years, Rush also enjoyed their pop culture renaissance with a TV appearance on the Comedy Central show "The Colbert Report." In addition, they made a cameo appearance in the movie "I Love You, Man."
