They would have filled many a hall with their music back in the 1970s: The Temperance Movement. Since their self-titled debut album in 2013, the British blues rock combo have been presenting their modern yet completely authentic interpretation of the classic rock genre. No wonder they were such a good fit for the Rolling Stones' opening act in 2014.
in 2016, The Temperance Movement presented their new album: 'White Bear'. It contains a total of ten blues-soaked songs. Sophisticated harmonies can be found in partly relaxed, partly energetic rock. The distinctive voice of singer Phil Campbell stands above it all.
A foretaste of 'White Bear' was released in September 2015 with the first single "Three Bulleits". The new album has a little bit of the Stones, a little bit of The Band, and here and there you can also recognize more modern parallels, for example the Black Keys.
