Melodic guitar rock with two lead guitars: that's the sound of Wishbone Ash. On 'Argus', the British band devotes itself to medieval themes and lends them a majestic tone. Some of the tracks are extended compositions with room for long improvisations, including "Time Was" and "Sometime World": medleys of different melodies that demonstrate great imaginative power and with which the group carves out new musical territories.
