Critically acclaimed and Juno Award winning modern Black Metal masterpiece from the Canadian wilderness. The last music recorded during the lifetime of much-missed band leader David Gold, and features his trademark deep and mournful vocal style and bleak lyrical outlook.
The album was mixed by John Fryer (Depeche Mode, Nine Inch Nails, Cocteau Twins, Swans etc). Woods of Ypres have previously released four albums, and their sound has been compared to the likes of Katatonia, Paradise Lost, and Type O Negative.
