Craft Recordings reissue of Between the Buried and Me's acclaimed third studio album, 'Alaska', on vinyl. Originally released on September 25, 2005, the record was remixed and remastered at Basement Studio by Jamie King, a long time collaborator of the group.
This special reissue of 'Alaska' is released in celebration of the GRAMMY-nominated band's 20th anniversary and features fan favourites such as "Selkies: The Endless Obsession," "All Bodies" and "Alaska."
Between the Buried and Me formed in 2000 and has since released nine studio albums, including the watershed album 'Colors' (2007), 'The Parallax II: Future Sequence' (2012), and 'Coma Ecliptic' (2015) - which not only made it to #12 on the Billboard Top 200, a career high for the band, but also received wide acclaim from Noisey, Revolver, Alternative Press, and The Guardian, who hailed the album with a rare perfect score.
The group has played countless sold-out tours and support gigs with artists such as Mastodon, Opeth, Coheed and Cambria. Most recently, Between the Buried and Me released the two-part studio album 'Automata I' and 'Automata II' (2018).
