All Time Low are an American rock band formed in Towson, Maryland in 2003 by vocalist Alex Gaskarth, guitarist Jack Barakat, lead guitarist and backing vocalist TJ Ihle, bassist Chris Cortilello and drummer Rian Dawson while they were still in high school. Following the departures of TJ Ihle and Chris Cortilello, the band briefly became inactive before Zack Merrick joined on bass and Alex Gaskarth took on guitar duties, completing the line-up that has remained together ever since.
Known for blending Pop Punk, Alternative Rock, Power Pop and Emo influences, they have built an international following through infectious melodies, energetic live performances and relatable songwriting. Their combination of catchy hooks, driving guitars and anthemic choruses has made them one of the defining bands of the 2000s pop punk revival.
After reforming with their now familiar line-up, All Time Low released the four-track EP The Three Words to Remember in Dealing with the End in 2004 before signing with Emerald Moon Records later that year. Constant touring and independently released material helped the band build a loyal following, with their breakthrough arriving through So Wrong, It's Right, which introduced them to a much wider audience and established them as one of the leading names in contemporary pop punk.
Over the years, albums including Nothing Personal, Dirty Work, Future Hearts, Last Young Renegade, Wake Up, Sunshine and Tell Me I'm Alive have showcased the band's continued evolution. While expanding their sound with alternative rock and pop influences, they have remained true to the energetic songwriting and memorable choruses that first earned them widespread recognition.
Today, All Time Low continue to tour internationally and remain one of the most successful and influential bands to emerge from the modern pop punk scene.
