Formed in the mid 70s and dissolved in 1985, Talas may have never reached arena-headlining status but they were an integral part of the early 80s hard rock scene, consisting of bassist Billy Sheehan, drummer Mark Miller, guitarist Mitch Perry and vocalist Phil Naro. Now re-formed, with new recruit Kire Najdovski on guitar, the band has recorded a new album titled '1985' to be released via Metal Blade.
