ATEEZ are a South Korean K-pop group formed by KQ Entertainment, known for combining powerful performances with hip-hop, pop, electronic and trap influences. The group consists of Hongjoong, Seonghwa, Yunho, Yeosang, San, Mingi, Wooyoung, and Jongho, who debuted in October 2018 with the EP TREASURE EP.1 : All To Zero.
ATEEZ have built their music around strong choreography, dramatic production and recurring concepts that connect their releases into larger stories. Songs such as "Pirate King", "Wonderland", "Answer", "Guerrilla", "BOUNCY (K-HOT CHILLI PEPPERS)", and "Crazy Form" have helped define different stages of their career, while their growing international audience has made them one of the more prominent groups of their generation.
Before debuting as ATEEZ, the members trained under KQ Entertainment and were introduced as KQ Fellaz. Their pre-debut activities helped establish the group before they officially arrived in 2018. Their early TREASURE series introduced the group's adventurous concepts and established themes that would continue through later releases.
ATEEZ followed this with the ZERO : FEVER series, which expanded their musical and visual approach while introducing different moods and themes. Their next major chapter came with THE WORLD, which brought a darker and more electronic direction to their music. Across these releases, ATEEZ continued to combine strong choreography with increasingly ambitious production and storytelling.
The GOLDEN HOUR series marked another stage in the group's development, beginning in 2024 and continuing through subsequent releases. Alongside their Korean catalogue, ATEEZ have also developed a growing Japanese discography, including the 2025 album Ashes to Light. Their continued international touring and performances have helped them build an audience well beyond South Korea, establishing ATEEZ as a major name in contemporary K-pop.
