FEAR are an American punk rock band formed in Los Angeles, California in 1977 by vocalist Lee Ving. As one of the earliest and most notorious bands to emerge from the Southern California punk scene, FEAR became renowned for their aggressive sound, confrontational humour, and provocative live performances.
