One of the most extreme and prominent bands of the black metal scene they have been carving a path of evil across the face of heavy music for over 15 years. Formed in Norway in 1997, 1349 take their name from the black death. One of their key members is drummer Frost who also plays in legendary black metal band Satyricon.
