Tiny Fingers originate from Tel Aviv, Israel, and were founded in 2008 as a trio consisting of Boaz Bentur (bass), Tal Cohen (drums) and Oren Ben David (guitar). From the outset, the band focused on sophisticated, layered songwriting that blended progressive structures with electronic experimentation.
One year later, the trio expanded into a quintet with the addition of Daniella Tourgeman on vocals and keyboards and Nimrod Bar on synths. This expanded line-up recorded the band’s first two albums in 2011, marking the beginning of their studio journey. Following these releases, Daniella Tourgeman departed, and the band continued to evolve their sound.
Built on intricate arrangements and dynamic shifts, Tiny Fingers’ music combines post-rock and space rock textures with dub influences, electronic beats and moments that verge on rave-like intensity. The balance between live instrumentation and electronic elements gives their sound both organic weight and rhythmic drive.

The Fall (2015) – widely regarded as a creative peak, showcasing eclectic songwriting and confident experimentation
Dawn (2017) – atmospheric and nuanced, highlighting their continued development
Particularly on The Fall, the band demonstrated a willingness to explore more eclectic and adventurous paths while retaining compositional control. It is ambitious without feeling unfocused — intricate, yet accessible for those willing to give it time.
