Tailgunner are an English heavy metal band, originally conceptualised in 2018 and officially formed in January 2022 by bassist Tom Hewson. Their debut album, Guns for Hire, was released in 2023 and set out their sound in no uncertain terms: proper traditional metal, played like it matters.
