Next it is warm funk and soul that sounds like it belongs on vinyl, turned up in the kitchen with the windows open.
The best part is how he writes. Even when the production gets adventurous, the songs still land as songs. Because the Internet is the deep, detail packed one that fans love pulling apart. Awaken, My Love! goes the other way, all groove and falsetto and big swings. Wherever you start, there is usually a moment that makes you stop and replay it.
