Mercyless are a French death metal band who first emerged in 1987 and quickly became a key part of the country’s extreme metal underground. Their early releases helped set a standard for aggression and intensity within the scene.
After remaining active until 2001, Mercyless returned in 2011 and continued building on a reputation shaped by fierce riffing, relentless vocals and a refusal to compromise. Their catalogue reflects a band focused on power and precision rather than trends.
