Realize are an industrial metal band from Tucson, Arizona, formed by members of underground bands including Sex Prisoner and North. Known for their crushing fusion of metallic riffing, programmed rhythms, and abrasive electronic textures, Realize create a sound that is both mechanical and intensely physical.
Emerging in the late 2010s, Realize quickly established themselves within the underground with a style that strips heavy music down to its rawest components. Their approach replaces traditional drumming with programmed beats, layering distortion, samples, and industrial noise into a dense, confrontational sonic assault.
Realize’s sound is defined by pounding, loop-driven rhythms, heavily processed guitars, and a stark, oppressive atmosphere. Their compositions emphasise repetition, texture, and impact, combining dissonant noise with crushing riffs to create a relentless wall of sound.
