April Art are a modern German rock and alternative metal band formed in 2014 in the Hessen area. They land in that sweet spot where big melodic hooks meet heavier edges, with flashes of punk and metalcore energy when a song needs it. The live side is a big part of the story too. They are tight, direct, and properly charismatic on stage.
If you like bands that sound polished without losing the punch, April Art are worth your time. The writing is built for momentum and for chorus payback. It is upbeat when it wants to be, but it can still hit hard.
