Warmen is a Finnish heavy metal band assembled by keyboardist Janne "Warman" Wirman, best known for his long tenure with Children of Bodom from 1997 until their disbandment in 2019. In 2000, Wirman launched Warmen as a personal project focused on instrumental music, using guest vocalists only for select tracks, allowing the keyboards and instrumental arrangements to take centre stage.
The band’s sound blends melodic metal, neoclassical elements, and virtuosic keyboard work, combining speed, precision, and melody. Warmen’s music is perfect for fans of technically skilled metal who appreciate complex arrangements and rich instrumental textures.
