Lock Up is an English grindcore supergroup. Formed in the late 90s by legendary Napalm Death bassist Shane Embury, Lock Up’s initial line-up featured a stellar cast from the extreme metal scene; Jesse Pintado (Napalm Death, Terrorizer) on guitar, Nick Barker (Cradle of Filth, Dimmu Borgir) on drums and Peter Tägtgren on vocals, with Embury of course on bass duties.
Later albums featured Tomas Lindberg (At the Gates) and Kevin Sharp (Brutal Truth) on vocals, and Anton Reisenegger (Pentagram) on guitar.
