RIKET are a Swedish death metal band formed in Stockholm in 2016. Their sound combines old-school Swedish death metal brutality with crust punk energy, thrash intensity, and lyrics performed entirely in Swedish.
The band have developed a strong underground reputation through a series of EPs and singles before progressing toward full-length material via Black Lion Records.
RIKET’s sound is built around HM-2-driven guitar tone, raw riffing, d-beat aggression, and a harsh, uncompromising approach rooted in classic Swedish death metal traditions.
The band stand apart through their lyrical focus on Swedish history, catastrophe, war, and societal collapse, delivered entirely in their native language.

Ofärder (2020) – darker and more refined EP expanding their melodic and atmospheric depth while retaining raw aggression.
Strålskadad (2024) – standalone single/cover release recorded in classic old-school fashion with production linked to the legendary Studio Sunlight sound.
2026 (2026) – debut full-length album exploring historical disasters and human downfall through crushing Swedish death metal and punk-driven intensity.
