Vein.fm (formerly Vein) is an American hardcore punk band from Boston, Massachusetts, formed in 2013. Known for their intense live shows and relentless touring, the band has shared stages with heavyweights such as Code Orange and Twitching Tongues, both in the U.S. and Europe. Their sound fuses hardcore aggression, metalcore intensity, and experimental chaos, creating music that is as unpredictable as it is powerful.
Vein.fm’s music combines fast, jagged riffs, aggressive vocals, and complex rhythms that shift seamlessly between hardcore, metalcore, and experimental noise. Their compositions are aggressive yet meticulously crafted, blending dissonance, breakdowns, and electronic textures. The current line-up features Anthony DiDio – lead vocals (2013–present), formerly also on bass (2013–2016); Jeremy Martin – guitar, vocals (2013–present); and Jon Lhaubouet – bass, backing vocals (2017–present).
In Spring 2023, Vein.fm supported City Morgue on their Bloody America US tour, starting with a date supporting Sunami in Hingham, Massachusetts. This tour was the final one to feature founding member Matt Wood on drums (2013–2023). Following that, Vein.fm toured the U.S. supporting Hatebreed and Terror alongside Jesus Piece, including an appearance at New England Metal & Hardcore Fest, cementing their reputation as a must-see live act in the hardcore scene.
